Job Description:

As a Senior UX Writer, You will be esponsible and play a fundamental role in assessing users’ needs based on users' behaviors across Arobid’s ecosystem. . You will be collaborate with partners like UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, business team, operation team, . Collaboration to a productive outcome of the content is composed. UXW will collaborates with UX Design team members and conduct usability tests and articulate the personality requirements in a UI Design.

Job Responsibility:

  • Compose human-centered content. And compose cohesive product narratives and enhance brand voice.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all written content.
  • Stay informed on UX writing trends and best practices.
  • Advocates for product consumers’ needs and designs UX content accordingly.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for product features across mobile and web platforms.
  • Write clear, engaging, and user-centric copy for UI elements, error messages, tooltips, and conversational interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content integrates seamlessly with design and functionality.
  • A/B testing checks the design and content of various control buttons with variations.
  • Provide valuable feedback to user research results and advice to incorporate new insights into research work. And analyzes attitudinal and behavioral research.
  • Conduct user research to understand audience needs and refine content based on feedback.
  • Suggest changes in a product design as per the data gathered from how users interact with a digital product.
  • Enhance business conversions and improve results by quality testing and iterations on digit product content
  • Create content for prototypes and test usability to optimize clarity and effectiveness.
  • Communicate insights with team members for effective working
  • QA testing identifies the product issues and bugs.
  • Insightful and creative at data research

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient in English
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a UX writer
  • Efficient at team handling
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiar with localization and mapping of content into various languages
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and brevity.
  • Proven experience in UX writing, content design or a related field.
  • Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
  • Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and content management systems.
  • Technical Skills include Data Analytics, Content Strategy, marketing, UX Design, User Research, User-Centric Mindset.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to diverse user needs and contexts.
  • Skillful with UX design and writing tools
  • Efficient project handling and writing skills
  • Good communication and verbal skills, particularly with subject matter experts and users
  • Knows how to communicate through and write text in Figma
  • Previous experience participating in a Scrum and Agile environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on products at scale, especially with B2B flatform, Trade Expo.
  • Familiarity with content design systems, or Figma.
