UX Writer

• write and edit user-focused content for web and mobile applications, including microcopy, error messages and onboarding guides
• conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate content strategies
• develop and maintain content style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital platforms
• work with designers to create wireframes and prototypes that incorporate effective content solutions
• analyse user feedback and data to continuously improve content effectiveness and user engagement
• keep updated on industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content strategy

• proven experience as a UX Writer or Content Developer gained in financial services with a track record of creating user-centric content for digital products
• excellent writing, editing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
