We are proactively building a pipeline of UX/UI Researchers to support upcoming digital product initiatives across e-commerce, personalization, and customer experience platforms. This role partners closely with Product Design, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver insights that shape intuitive, customer-centric experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute end-to-end UX research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, A/B testing insights)
Partner with Product Designers and Product Managers to define research goals aligned with business outcomes
Translate customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and UX decisions
Conduct evaluative research across discovery, browse, checkout, and personalization experiences
Advocate for the voice of the customer by sharing insights through reports, presentations, and stakeholder workshops
Collaborate with analytics teams to synthesize behavioral data with research findings
Help establish scalable research processes, documentation, and best practices
Requirements:
3+ years of UX research experience within digital product, e-commerce, or technology environments
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and research methodologies
Experience moderating usability tests and synthesizing qualitative data
Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research impact on product outcomes
Nice to have:
Experience supporting large-scale e-commerce or marketplace platforms
Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, or discovery experiences
Background working in agile product teams
Exposure to accessibility research or inclusive design practices
Experience influencing product roadmaps through data-driven insights
