Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI Manager to lead our design team and establish best practices in UX/UI design.

Job Responsibility:

Lead design team members in establishing and implementing UX/design best practices and processes
Provide a design plan, define milestones, track deliverables, and manage resources
Produce new improvement opportunities based on user feedback and insights from internal teams
Work collaboratively with IT teams on design projects and manage the design process from ideation to implementation
Experience working within product teams in an agile environment

Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in designing user interfaces for digital products
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience
Expert knowledge in UX and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
Leading and mentoring a team of UX and UI designers
Supporting team members with design points of view and the latest trends
Strong experience with mobile and responsive web design
Knowing UX policies and UX research methods
A passion to learn and keep up with design and technology trends

Nice to have:

Interest in sports and betting
Familiarity with A/B tests
