Job Description

We’re looking for a UX/UI Lead to own the design function across WebBeds’ retail platform. You will set the design vision, lead a team of designers, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership to raise the quality bar across every customer touchpoint.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 7+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years leading or managing a design team
  • Proven people leadership — hiring, growing and retaining designers
  • Experience scaling a design system across multiple products
  • Strong stakeholder influence at Director / Head of level
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills in Figma
  • Experience turning complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
  • Comfortable with user research and analytics
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows
  • Experience in agile environments delivering design in iterative cycles
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
