Ux/ui industrial design co-op

This is a Co-op position where you will join Baxter’s Global Design team, a group of creative, inquisitive individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. You will approach complex challenges across Baxter’s medical device portfolio, partnering closely with product development teams to shape innovative product features and enhancements. In this fast-paced R&D setting, you’ll experience a mix of structured priorities and flexible problem‑solving, all while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced designers, contribute your own creativity, and manage your time as you grow your skills in User Interface design, concept visualization, and product labeling.
