Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
  • Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
  • Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes
  • Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver delightful experiences
  • Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices—especially in the AI and machine learning space
  • Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal form to technical and non-technical team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
  • Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity
  • Impeccable sense of aesthetics, with an eye for modern, clean, and accessible design
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies

Nice to have
