Job Description:

This role supports internal UX innovation by building prototypes and tools that accelerate AI-assisted design workflows. It’s not production software delivery—focus is on rapid prototyping, agentic UX patterns, and internal enablement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with designers/researchers to prototype agentic UX flows (multi-turn, reasoning, orchestration)
  • Build and iterate interactive prototypes for research and demos
  • Develop reusable internal UX tooling (Figma plugins, automation scripts)
  • Contribute patterns and examples to a shared Agentic UX Platform
  • Document implementations and support knowledge transfer

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in UI/UX engineering or development
  • Strong experience building coded prototypes and internal tools
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows and/or LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build prototypes leveraging GPT/AI models
  • Experience working closely with designers/researchers in fast iteration cycles
  • Familiarity with Figma plugin development, Copilot Studio, or similar tools
  • Must have portfolio and ability to walk through projects
