We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can independently deliver high-quality UX and UI solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on optimising digital journeys, ensuring accessible and consistent design, and contributing to enhanced customer experiences and key business metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver responsive, multiplatform UX solutions such as wireframes, user flows, and UI compositions with minimal support
Recommend improvements aligned with accessibility, localisation, and brand guidelines
Maintain consistency with Vodafone design standards and contribute to enhancing conversion rates and user satisfaction
Collaborate with UX researchers and analyse feedback to inform design decisions
Document guidance and design rules for collaborative stakeholders across disciplines
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Skilled in creating platform‑agnostic, visually compelling digital experiences
Understand cross‑platform design requirements and adhere to established UX/UI standards
Can work independently while contributing effectively to team goals
Hold an art or design school background, recognised design training, or equivalent experience
2–5 years of practical experience in UX/UI design
