Job Description

You'll own day-to-day execution across wireframing, prototyping, and sitemap creation. You'll work within an existing design system and component library — not reinventing it, just using it well. You'll support website work and digital sales aids, collaborating across agency teams while staying close to the UX lead who sets direction.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute design tasks within an established component library and design system
  • Support website design and digital sales aid development across multiple client teams
  • Collaborate with internal UX leads, strategists, and account teams to deliver on project timelines
  • Communicate proactively, ask clarifying questions, and flag dependencies early
  • Maintain design quality and consistency with established brand and UX standards

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including working within component systems and design libraries
  • Demonstrated experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and sitemaps
  • Strong UX fundamentals with an execution-first mindset
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-client environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, consumer health, or life sciences communications
  • Familiarity with digital sales aids or HCP/patient-facing digital assets
  • Comfort supporting multiple brand teams simultaneously

What we offer

  • medical insurance
  • vision insurance
  • dental insurance
  • life insurance
  • disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • free online training
