Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at BRIGHTSCOUT, you’ll craft intuitive, impactful, and visually engaging digital experiences across websites, mobile and web apps, and interactive platforms. You’ll translate ideas into elegant, functional designs — from early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final user interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to bring digital products to life, ensuring every interaction feels purposeful and aligned with our clients’ brand and business goals. Your eye for detail, curiosity, and commitment to great design will help shape exceptional user experiences that stand out.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions
  • Develop personas, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes to visualize and communicate user behavior
  • Collaborate with project managers, lead designers, messaging and strategy roles as well as developers to define MVP scope and project goals
  • Translate requirements and feedback into clear, user-centered design solutions
  • Iterate on designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder input
  • Design responsive, high-quality user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
  • Create components, layouts, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines and design systems
  • Produce prototypes that communicate interaction and motion intent
  • Work with senior designers to maintain quality, accessibility, and visual consistency
  • Partner with UX/UI, brand & visual, motion and 3D designers to ensure consistency and creative cohesion
  • Collaborate closely with developers and PMs throughout the design and delivery process
  • Participate in design critiques, applying feedback to refine work and support project outcomes
  • Stay curious — continuously learning new tools, trends, and technologies to expand your skill set
  • Contribute to internal documentation, design libraries, and process improvements
  • Support the refinement of BRIGHTSCOUT’s design systems and standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, UI execution, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to present work clearly and confidently
  • Ability to balance creativity, structure, and deadlines in a remote-first environment
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a creative, fast-paced team.

Nice to have

  • Experience facilitating user research or usability testing
  • Familiarity with analytics or data-driven design optimization.

What we offer

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote Work
  • Flexible Schedule Tied To Project Needs
  • Salary in USD
