Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will focus on improving the user experience and user interface of our client's website, addressing key pain points and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of high-traffic pages. This project involves redesigning specific pages on a CMS platform with the goal of improving user engagement and conversions. Candidates should have proven experience in UX/UI design, familiarity with CMS platforms like Typeo3, knowledge of responsive design principles, and excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and user pain points
conduct user research and apply UX/UI principles to redesign pages
create designs that enhance navigation, accessibility, and functionality
develop solutions for specific user pathways, such as membership conversion flows
deliver designs that align with brand standards and CMS capabilities
employ a data-driven approach and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
familiarity with CMS platforms, especially Typeo3, is a plus
ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring designs meet user needs and business goals
excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams
knowledge of conversion optimization and responsive web design principles.
