UX/UI Designer

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces from initial concept through to launch
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, copywriting, marketing, and research teams to enhance the user experience
• Contribute to user testing efforts and analyze results to iterate on proposed solutions
• Leverage existing design systems while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Create wireframes, prototypes, customer journey maps, and other UX design deliverables
• Translate business requirements and user needs into tangible product features
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to continuously raise the quality of the product design

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of design systems
• Strong ability to articulate and translate business objectives into effective UX solutions
• Experience with user research and usability testing tools (e.g., usertesting.com) is an asset
• Proven skills in creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design files
• E-commerce experience and A/B testing knowledge are a plus
• Relevant education in UX/UI design, graphic design, communication, e-commerce, or a related field
• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite
