Job Description:

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to help shape the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging user flows and experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and technical capabilities
Create and maintain design systems and style guides
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and changing business needs
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
Solid portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design process and deliverables
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Axure
