Job Responsibility

  • Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Use technical skills to problem solve with clients and work on internal projects
  • Participate in live in-person whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communication
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to research, conceive and craft delightful digital products and services
  • Contribute to and support all types of research and design activities
  • from interviews and workshops through to prototyping and user testing
  • Rapidly visualise ideas, through collaborative sketching and prototyping
  • Craft high quality UX & UI artefacts with guidance and direction

Requirements

  • Thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand and apply UX best practice while balancing the technical constraints of your project
  • Some industry experience in producing UX and UI design to solve a range of client problems
  • Know a range of design tools, techniques and processes, and when to apply them
  • Understand how to design for AI-powered experiences and also use AI to enhance their own creative process
