Job Description

Andersen is hiring a UX/UI Designer with Arabic proficiency to work on large-scale international projects focused on creating modern, user-centered digital solutions for global clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from concept to final implementation
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and validate design solutions
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user expectations
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility
  • Using data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance and user satisfaction
  • Ensuring all designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable across devices and platforms
  • Staying current with UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate product quality

Requirements

  • Experience as a UX/UI Designer for 3+ years
  • Proficient in Figma or other design tools
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Advocacy Design Approach)
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above
  • Level of Arabic – from Intermediate+ and above
