Key Responsibilities: Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and easy to navigate. Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation. Apply UX principles to improve usability and enhance overall user satisfaction. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep products fresh and competitive. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and creative visual work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
