We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong marketing mindset to create engaging, conversion-driven digital experiences. This role partners closely with marketing, growth, and development teams to design user-centered interfaces that support brand storytelling, campaign performance, and business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Design intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns
Translate marketing goals, brand guidelines, and audience insights into effective UX/UI solutions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive engagement and conversions
Optimize user journeys across acquisition funnels, including lead generation, onboarding, and conversion paths
Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, developers, and data teams to execute campaigns and site enhancements
Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and design iterations based on performance data and user behavior
Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and brand consistency across channels
Requirements:
3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a marketing, digital, or growth-focused environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design, campaign work, and brand alignment
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
Experience designing for web, mobile, and marketing platforms (CMS, email, landing pages)
Understanding of SEO, CRO, analytics, and user behavior metrics
