Design end-to-end retail web and mobile digital experiences
Translate business needs into high-quality UI/UX designs via Figma
Optimize global digital platforms specifically for Japanese users
Collaborate with global product teams across Japan and the US

Requirements
5-10 years of experience in UX or Product Design
Professional proficiency in Japanese and English
Demonstrated experience in retail or e-commerce design
Expert proficiency in Figma and strong portfolio
