Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced UX/UI Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of intuitive, user‑centered digital products in a long‑term contract capacity. In this role, you will partner closely with application development teams, designers, and business stakeholders to transform user needs and business objectives into engaging, functional digital experiences. You will manage the complete user journey—from early discovery and research through final implementation—ensuring solutions are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned to real user needs. This role blends creativity with analytical rigor and requires a professional who can advocate for users while grounding decisions in research, data, and business value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify target users, behaviors, needs, and pain points through interviews, workshops, studies, and data analysis
  • Develop personas, journey maps, context diagrams, and other artifacts to clearly communicate user insights
  • Design and structure content logically to ensure findability, clarity, and usability across digital products
  • Create wireframes, low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes, and interaction models to validate concepts, flows, and functionality
  • Define UI components such as navigation, search, tabs, widgets, and interaction patterns
  • Partner with business and design teams to define the optimal look and feel, including layout, typography, color palettes, icons, and visual standards
  • Ensure solutions are visually cohesive, accessible, and aligned with brand and usability standards
  • Support interaction design by defining intuitive user flows, transitions, and controls
  • Conduct usability testing and usability prototyping with real users to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with business sponsors, product owners, developers, and architects to translate requirements into feasible, user‑focused solutions
  • Act as a bridge between user goals, business needs, and technical constraints
  • Develop and influence UX/UI design strategy for critical applications
  • Provide guidance and support to other Business Analysts during requirements and analysis phases
  • Advise teams on UX research methodologies, testing approaches, and design best practices
  • Adhere to and contribute to UX/UI design standards, style guides, typography, and accessibility requirements
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging UX practices
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in UX/UI design, UX research, or UX‑focused business analysis
  • Proven ability to lead and advocate for user and business needs within complex technical environments
  • Strong creative, analytical, and research skills with the ability to support ideas through qualitative and quantitative data
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change
  • Excellent written documentation and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of industry best practices, usability principles, and digital product development
  • Ability to work independently and remain technology‑agnostic, focusing on business and user value rather than specific tools or platforms
  • Demonstrated success operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while delivering high‑quality results
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification upon hire
What we offer:

Travel expenses, when applicable, will be reimbursed in accordance with standard policies
