Job Description:

Our client is a major player in the banking sector, leading digital innovation in Brussels. They are currently seeking a medior to senior UX Service Designer to help shape customer-centric digital solutions in their Invest domain. This opportunity allows you to transform business goals and user needs into smart, meaningful digital experiences. You will work within a multi-disciplinary digital team that blends UX, strategy, research, and design, contributing directly to the bank’s digital future. Your impact will be visible across major touchpoints like mobile, web and tablet platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conceptualise impactful digital services and design customer journeys rooted in both business goals and real customer needs
  • Translate strategy into user journeys, design briefings and actionable scopes in collaboration with designers, researchers and stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams across UX, marketing, technology and communications to ensure alignment and project success
  • Lead and facilitate co-creation sessions and workshops that foster clarity and innovation across teams
  • Analyse customer insights and industry trends to help evolve Belfius' digital experience in the Invest product line
  • Champion digital excellence by continuously contributing to service improvements and strategic design thinking

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of solid experience in digital strategy and concept creation, with a track record of delivering impactful digital products
  • Experience in the Invest domain is a plus
  • Past experience in banking, fintech or complex enterprise environments is nice to have
  • Working experience with design thinking methodologies and tools such as Miro, Figma, PowerPoint/Keynote is key
  • Strong collaboration, storytelling and workshop facilitation skills are needed in this job
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, Dutch or French
