Job Responsibility

Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
Planning and executing user interviews, surveys, field studies, diary studies, and usability tests
Analyzing research data, synthesizing insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations for product teams
Creating research reports, user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to clearly communicate findings
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to support discovery phases and prioritize user-centered improvements
Validating design concepts and hypotheses through continuous user feedback and iterative testing cycles
Establishing research processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency throughout the product lifecycle
Staying current with UX research methods, tools, and industry trends to elevate research quality and impact
