This role sits within Digital Design of our Sales Solution Division and reports into the Head of UX Research. We are looking for a skilled UX Researcher to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality user research that generates actionable insights across TUI's digital sales channels. This role is responsible for applying appropriate research methodologies to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points throughout the product development lifecycle. The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with product, design, and technology teams to ensure research findings drive customer-centred solutions that enhance the user experience and deliver business value. Job Responsibility:
Plan and conduct user research studies using appropriate methodologies across the product lifecycle
Analyse research & insight data to identify patterns and trends
Transform raw data from a variety of sources into meaningful findings and recommendations
Apply structured product discovery frameworks, such as Opportunity–Solution Tree's, to help product teams systematically identify, explore, and prioritise customer problems and solution opportunities
Communicate research findings effectively to diverse stakeholders through compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure research insights inform product strategy and design decisions
Demonstrate proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
Act as a voice for the customer within product and design discussions
Requirements:
Proven experience in UX research or related user-centered design roles
Expertise in qualitative research methods and experience with quantitative approaches
Track record of delivering impactful research that influences product decisions
Experience working in agile environments alongside cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Effective communication and presentation skills
Experience with research tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, UserZoom, UserTesting)
Understanding of digital product development processes
Knowledge of behavioural economics and customer decision-making principles
