Job Description:

UX Researcher will be leading the research initiatives across multiple product lines. UX Researcher will design and execute mixed method research, both qualitative and quantitative. UX Researcher will uncover actionable insights to influence product roadmaps and business strategy. UX Researcher will advocate for thoughtful, evidence-based design, slowing down a usually fast-paced screen-heavy industry.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

5+ years of UX research or Product research experience in enterprise or complex product environments
expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods
Strong ability to breakdown quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights
Story-telling documentation and presentation skills
Available to start ASAP and work a hybrid schedule out of Plano, Texas

Nice to have:

familiarity with construction, architecture or CAD software
experience in healthcare or medical industries, with complex dashboards
