We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of UX Researcher (he/she) for our client from the biotechnology industry.
Job Responsibility:
Consulting with clients to understand their business goals and product vision
Researching, conceptualizing, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital product experiences
Designing and delivering personas, user journeys, and user stories across various devices and interfaces
Identifying and validating solution alternatives through rapid prototyping
Ensuring consistency and integrity of design across products, while promoting the use of Design Systems
Planning and conducting user research and usability audits, along with providing actionable recommendations
Performing competitor and customer analysis to inform design decisions
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Actively contributing to product lifecycle management, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and continuously deliver value in line with the product roadmap
Requirements:
Have 3+ years of experience in UX Research or a similar role
Are proficient with standard UX tools, preferably Figma
Have a solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and design thinking
Are experienced in planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, and usability analysis
Understand UX metrics (e.g., SUS) and how to apply them in practice
Can work closely with clients to understand detailed requirements and translate them into end-to-end user experiences
Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to both teams and stakeholders
Are comfortable facilitating workshops using methods like Design Thinking, Design Sprint, or Customer Journey Mapping
Possess strong soft skills such as active listening, adaptability, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively
Have excellent English skills (C1 or higher)
Nice to have:
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tools, which combine information retrieval with text generation by sourcing data from documents or databases before generating responses
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zep, OpenAI Retrieval Plugin, or Cohere RAG
