At bsport, our UX team is driven by a shared mission to refine the details of our platform through user feedback. As our UXR Support (Working Student), you will play a critical role in scaling our research function by taking ownership of Research Operations. You will act as a force multiplier for our research efforts, ensuring that our processes are seamless, organized and efficient. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes and ensuring that user insights are accessible and well-documented. You will work closely with our lead researcher and the UX team to gradually take ownership of Research Ops. We provide structured onboarding, templates, and guidance, so you’ll always know what to do next while building confidence and skills. You’ll also get exposure to research strategy, user interviews, and insight synthesis, so you can see how Research Ops connects to real product decisions.
