Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual / Graphic Design, Information Science, Communication Design, User Research, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, with demonstrated expertise in both generative/discovery and evaluative research methods
  • Proven experience creating user journey maps and personas that have directly informed real product or service design decisions
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate research findings into compelling visual frameworks and deliverables
  • Proficiency in industry-standard research tools
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to non-technical, cross-functional audiences
  • Experience working in or with regulated industries (such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or financial services) or with sensitive user populations

Nice to have:

  • Experience conducting UX research within healthcare, life sciences, or other heavily regulated industries
