We’re looking for a UX/Product Designer to join our team at ansrSource. Job Responsibility

  • Own the UX design process from research to final implementation, ensuring our users’ needs are always at the forefront
  • Conduct user research—think interviews, surveys, usability testing—to gather insights and inform design decisions
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and stunning high-fidelity UI that elevate usability and engagement
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our products
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, making sure our products are usable by everyone
  • Stay ahead of the curve with UX trends, new technologies, and best practices to keep our designs fresh and impactful

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally within a digital product space
  • A solid portfolio that showcases your design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Strong execution and understanding of interaction design, information architecture, design systems, and prototyping
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design choices and collaborate effectively
  • A passion for problem-solving and crafting delightful user experiences

Nice to have

Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
