Are you passionate about crafting detailed, intuitive digital experiences that make a real difference in people's financial lives? We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the strategy and design of key features, our external and internal facing self-directed investing experiences. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing experiences that drive adoption and retention for high-impact capabilities. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of UX strategists, researchers, and designers and partner closely with product and engineering across channel teams and money movement to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences for our clients. Unlike roles aligned to a single lab, you'll have the opportunity to influence the broader Trade experience-balancing design for the future state with hands-on support for ongoing modernization initiatives and supporting the shared component library. You'll play a key role in ensuring our trading journeys are cohesive, client-centered, and ready for what's next.
Job Responsibility:
Design with purpose: Create sophisticated user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components that deliver flawless, brand-aligned experiences across platforms
Lead with strategy: Define and evolve UX architecture strategies that support business growth and user satisfaction across interconnected product families
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to prioritize and execute on high-impact design initiatives
Champion user insights: Leverage research and data to advise design decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the user experience
Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and apply emerging technologies to keep our experiences innovative and relevant
Mentor and inspire: Guide junior designers, share standard methodologies, and champion a culture of design excellence across the organization
Be a UX advocate: Build strong relationships across the enterprise to ensure user-centered design has a seat at the table in strategic planning
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking
A degree in a creative or technical field-or equivalent experience that demonstrates your design expertise
A passion for solving complex problems through elegant, user-centered solutions
Experience designing for both mobile and web, with a deep understanding of responsive and native design principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across teams
Nice to have:
Experience with leverage AI tools like Figma Make to increase design efficiency
