Job Responsibility:
Owning and driving UX strategy across data and analytics products
Building and scaling design operations that actually work at enterprise level
Ensuring data products are intuitive, usable, and widely adopted
Leading and mentoring high-performing UX teams
Influencing senior stakeholders and setting a clear UX vision
Raising the bar for human-centred design across complex use cases
Requirements:
A UX leader, with 8-10 years experience, not just a hands-on designer
Experience designing for data-heavy, analytics-driven platforms
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to zoom into detail when needed
Confidence working with senior leaders, engineers, and data teams
Someone who cares deeply about real-world usage and impact, not just aesthetics
