Job Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create solutions that enhance user satisfaction and support business goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the end-to-end UX design process, from requirement gathering to final design delivery
  • Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Apply modern UX methodologies, design tools, and industry best practices to improve user experiences
  • Maintain design consistency by following established design systems, reusable components, and brand guidelines
  • Identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns through user research and stakeholder discussions
  • Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback analysis to enhance product usability
  • Review and refine design deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
  • Design responsive and mobile-first user experiences across different devices and screen sizes
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
  • Work closely with senior designers and product teams to continuously improve user experience

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, interaction design, and usability best practices
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and user flow creation
  • Familiarity with Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Developer Handoff processes
  • Knowledge of Bootstrap and Material UI design principles
  • Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing techniques
  • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Mobile App Design, or Digital Experience Design
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Exposure to SaaS, enterprise applications, fintech, healthcare, or eCommerce products is a plus
