Job Summary: We are looking for a UX Designer who can translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences. The role involves working across enterprise applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving design from concept to delivery. Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end UX design lifecycle — from understanding requirements to final delivery
  • Translate business problems into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
  • Create interaction models, design systems, and reusable components
  • Conduct basic usability testing and heuristic evaluations
  • Ensure consistency with brand, accessibility, and usability standards
  • Contribute to UX strategy, design thinking workshops, and solutioning

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Ability to handle complex enterprise workflows and data-heavy interfaces
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Good communication and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
