Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a UX Designer to work in Raleigh, NC. The role involves leading UX design projects, creating prototypes, evolving design systems, and conducting research while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibility:

Lead UX design projects from concept to completion across web and/or mobile platforms
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
Maintain and evolve our Figma design system and ensure cross-functional alignment
Develop and deliver thorough design documentation to support development handoff and stakeholder review
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
Mentor entry level designers and contribute to design process improvements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and collaboration features
Proven ability to produce clear, effective documentation (e.g., user flows, specs, annotations, research summaries)
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

Experience designing enterprise or B2B applications
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar for documentation and collaboration
Background in user research or interaction design
