Job Description:

The UX Designer will play a key role in creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for complex digital services. The designer will focus on crafting the overall functionality of products and iterating upon it through user-testing. The role requires expertise in developing deliverables like user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, and presentations, all aimed at providing excellent user experiences. The designer must also be proficient in design and prototyping software and digital collaboration tools.

Job Responsibility:

Design and create user interfaces that are effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall functionality of the product is aligned with user experience goals
Iterate on designs based on user-testing and feedback to refine user experience
Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations, and reports
Conduct research, usability testing, and work with users to enhance product designs
Ensure accessibility of online services, designing with accessibility in mind
Work collaboratively with the team to produce key design deliverables and keep projects on track from start to finish

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
Portfolio showcasing recent work and demonstrating UI/UX expertise, particularly in designing complex online services
Proficiency with design and prototyping software (such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from initial concept to production
Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design principles
Experience in user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design
Familiarity with accessibility standards for designing inclusive and accessible online services
Proficient with digital collaboration and web conferencing tools
