As a UX Designer at Better Collective, you will play a key role in designing world-class digital products that engage millions of sports fans across the globe. Better Collective is an international, award-winning sports media group dedicated to delivering exceptional sports media, betting resources, and iGaming products. We continuously strive to improve our platforms and create outstanding user experiences that inform, entertain, and inspire sports enthusiasts worldwide. In this role, you’ll take part in a diverse range of design initiatives — from early concept development for new business areas to refining the smallest interface components on our live products. Regardless of the project scope, your focus will always be on creating intuitive, data-informed, and user-centered experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of UX Designers, UX Researchers, Graphic Designers, Digital Intelligence Specialists, and other stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful design solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conceptualize and design new features in collaboration with stakeholders across teams
  • Improve existing features through a data-driven, iterative design process
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for testing and validation
  • Translate user research and insights into actionable design decisions
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer
  • Passionate about user experience, design processes, and innovation
  • Highly experienced in Figma
  • Work creatively and iteratively, validating concepts through user insights, data, and testing
  • Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Genuine interest in sports (and possibly sports betting)
  • Solid experience leveraging AI tools in design work
  • Communicate clearly — both visually and verbally
  • Fluent in English
