Job Description:

We're seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into impactful designs that drive engagement and results.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Collaborate with product, design, and development teams
Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards
Use analytics and feedback to optimize user experiences

Requirements:

5+ years of UX design experience
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing UX process and deliverables

Nice to have:

Familiarity with HTML/CSS
design systems
Agile workflows
