Job Description:

Wissen Technology is hiring for UX Designer. We are looking for an experienced UX Designer (4–5 years) who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user‑friendly digital experiences. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of the UX design process—research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and delivery. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design enterprise applications that are visually consistent, highly usable, and aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end UX design lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
  • Translate business and user needs into journey maps, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Work collaboratively with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure implementation feasibility
  • Create interaction models, design systems, UI components, and reusable patterns
  • Conduct basic usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and gather user feedback
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility, usability, and brand guidelines
  • Contribute to UX strategy, design workshops, and solutioning discussions
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Ability to design for complex enterprise workflows and data-heavy interfaces
  • Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions confidently
  • Knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design
  • Hands-on expertise with design tools: Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Sketch

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries
  • Exposure to financial services or enterprise application domains
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or workflows
