Requirements:

Problem Solving: Should have the rigour and discipline to approach most of the problems and ensure the delivery of quality work ahead of timelines. You are able to look at a problem, define and brainstorm ways to achieve an optimal solution and pick the best design approach to bring the software productivity
User Researching: Should have in-depth knowledge of gathering, analysing and processing data. User analysis will play a crucial role in determining the user needs and enhancing the user experience
Information Architecture: Structuring and labelling the navigational structures that would communicate the product to be intuitive to the user. Ensuring that the user is easily navigated to the information needed the moment he/she enters the platform
Usability: While creating the designs the designer should consider making components to give a pleasant & satisfactory user experience. Performing usability testing with prototypes
Customer Empathy: Empathizing with the customer in design is vital in creating the best interface and experience that aligns with customer expectations. You should have strong observation skills to evaluate user behaviour and action whilst they navigate between pages
Interaction Design: You should be an expert in creating an interactive design using words, visual representation, time, behaviour that enable the user to achieve their goal in the best possible way
Wireframing and Prototyping: You have expertise in wireframing and prototyping to create a perfect interface that corresponds to the business goals of the organization and also caters to the needs and preferences of targeted audience/users
Visual Communication: Should be experienced in creating the best visual communication design with graphic design, website design, drawing and illustration, animation, client discussion, layouts etc.
