UX Designer

• Leading UX design projects from concept to completion with a focus on user-centered design principles
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and other creatives
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience
• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms
• Working in an agile environment and managing design iterations based on feedback
• Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to client projects while keeping user needs and business goals at the forefront

• Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates agency-level work and creative problem-solving
• Experience in user research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Strong understanding of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design ideas to both internal teams and clients
• Experience working in an ad agency environment
