Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct user research and develop personas and customer journeys
  • Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs and collect user feedback
  • Make sure designs are accessible and user-friendly for everyone
  • Coordinate closely with developers and stakeholders and pass on clear design specifications
  • Integrate feedback and continuously improve designs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, Media/Communication Design, Psychology or comparable qualification
  • Experience and confident use of design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD as well as in-depth knowledge of design principles, interaction design and visual hierarchy
  • Experience in analysing user behaviour and deriving concrete measures from research results
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with different departments
  • Solution-oriented thinking and consistent user-centricity in the development of design solutions
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, iterative environment
