The UX Designer will design intuitive, data-driven interfaces for complex, real-time operational systems. This role focuses on translating ambiguous requirements into user-friendly solutions through research and prototyping, while operating with strong ownership, speed, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Design end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-rich applications, including dashboards, control panels, and real-time monitoring interfaces
Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts and interaction behaviors
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Translate user feedback and data into actionable design improvements, ensuring solutions are both intuitive and effective
Partner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver high-quality experiences
Contribute to and help evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX standards for consistency and scalability
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design quality and accuracy throughout implementation
Monitor product performance using data and metrics, continuously optimizing the user experience
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or related field
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
Demonstrated experience in prototyping and interaction design for complex systems or applications
Hands-on experience conducting user research, gathering insights, and applying findings to design solutions
Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver results
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile environments
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web or software applications
