Ux designer

• Define interface requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders
• Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through user research
• Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information
• Brand and design UIs, define style guides to ensure consistency in the interface
• Collaborate with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions

• Bachelor’s degree in human factors engineering, graphic design, or a similar field
• At least five years of experience (more for higher levels)
• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping software to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Refined and purposeful design sensibility
• Ability to talk to users, solicit feedback, and articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences
• Experience conducting user research through surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to gather and analyze user feedback
• Excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
• Government clearance is required
