Ux Designer

• Deliver end-to-end product experiences, focusing on user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Drive design direction, ensuring alignment with user research insights and business objectives
• Identify opportunities for design and process improvements, actively leading their implementation
• Communicate effectively with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their vision, and present creative ideas and solutions
• Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners to produce high-quality deliverables
• Leverage and contribute to the existing design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Educate and advocate for the benefits of user experience across various internal teams

• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in user experience design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven expertise in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and tools
• Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform user flows and interactive patterns
• Knowledge and experience with accessibility (A11y) guidelines
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• A collaborative team player attitude with an openness and desire to learn, develop, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
