Job Responsibility

  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
  • Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

Requirements

  • Strategic User Research & Insight Translation: Ability to lead end-to-end user research and convert insights into design strategies that influence product direction and business outcomes.
  • Advanced Interaction Design & Prototyping: Expertise in defining complex user journeys, creating scalable interaction models, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes for enterprise-grade platforms.
  • Enterprise UX & Information Architecture: Strong capability to structure complex financial workflows, ensuring usability, consistency, and scalability across large platforms.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management & Influence: Proven ability to engage with product, engineering, and business leadership, articulate design decisions, and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Nice to have

  • Design Systems & Governance: Experience contributing to or leading design systems, ensuring consistency, reusability, and adherence to enterprise design standards.
  • Agile Leadership & Cross-Functional Delivery: Strong experience working within Agile teams, influencing backlog prioritisation and driving design outcomes in iterative delivery models.
  • Data-Driven & Outcome-Focused Design: Ability to leverage analytics, usability metrics, and experimentation to continuously optimise user experience and business impact.
  • Banking / Financial Services Domain Expertise: Experience designing for corporate banking, payments, or liquidity platforms with understanding of regulatory and operational constraints.
