Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and software platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UI designers, to enhance usability and deliver solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into behavior and needs
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to present design concepts and enable iterative testing
Design seamless and user-friendly interactions that align with branding and usability standards
Partner with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders to create cohesive user experiences
Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback and business priorities
Ensure design solutions are inclusive and adhere to accessibility standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of interaction design, UX best practices, and responsive design principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey design ideas and guide user research sessions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business objectives
Familiarity with industries like retail/e-commerce, healthcare, technology, or financial services is a plus
