We are seeking an experienced AI-native UX Designer to lead the design of next-generation AI interfaces and workflows. This is a specialist role focused on designing for agentic systems, human-in-the-loop validation, and AI-driven decisioning, not traditional digital UI work. You will be embedded with product, BSA, DS/ML, engineering, and risk teams to deliver intuitive, safe, and explainable AI experiences across multiple high-impact initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Design interfaces that support confidence indicators, citations, validation loops, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Translate complex, multi-step AI workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
Create end-to-end UX deliverables including flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
Craft prompts, disclosures, error handling, and guardrail or safety states to build user trust and clarity
Conduct research around trust calibration, explainability, mental models, and error recovery
Run usability tests and heuristic reviews to convert insights into iterative design improvements
Build interactive prototypes simulating LLM behaviors for concept testing
Partner with product and analytics to define experiments, success metrics, and usability benchmarks
Embed explainability features, confidence signals, review steps, accessibility, privacy compliance, and safety patterns throughout all workflows
Work closely with PMs, BSAs, DS/ML engineers, and risk teams to ensure feasibility, performance, and responsible AI implementation
Present work to senior stakeholders and document rationale, decisions, and acceptance criteria
Contribute to an AI-specific design system including components such as chat patterns, citations, agent controls, prompts, and feedback widgets
Produce usage guidelines and scalable content standards
Requirements:
Proven experience designing AI-native, AI-driven UX (not standard digital or web UX)
Ability to showcase a strong portfolio with AI-specific case studies and artifacts
