As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll shape digital services that meet real user needs while aligning with business and product goals. You’ll lead end-to-end design activities—from research and discovery through to final interface design—bringing a strong UX lens and a collaborative, evidence-driven mindset. You’ll take ownership of complex projects, confidently managing stakeholders and working within agile teams through the design process. You’ll help balance user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility to create impactful and elegant design solutions. While the role is cross-industry, experience in banking or financial services is a bonus due to the nature of some of our client engagements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead design across the full product lifecycle—from discovery through to delivery
Translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable user-centred design solutions
Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to turn insights and requirements into actionable interaction designs
Participate in service discovery, product framing, and early-stage ideation sessions
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs that drive shared understanding and secure design sign-off
Design polished, responsive interfaces using modern design systems and tools like Figma
Define and maintain a consistent design approach across the product, ensuring alignment with experience strategy
Conduct usability testing and leverage behavioural data and analytics to iterate and improve designs
Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and team show-and-tells
Collaborate closely with developers during build to clarify interaction intent and ensure high-quality implementation
Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and support design culture within the team
Lead and execute design solutions for complex, high-impact projects with strategic oversight
Proactively contribute to client meetings, presentations, and workshops
Mentor and guide team members, ensuring design standards are maintained
Foster client relationships by anticipating needs, presenting recommendations, and driving outcomes
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or service design
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Digital Design, or a related field
Proven experience leading end-to-end product design across web and mobile applications
