Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in floor care, pressure washing, or janitorial services preferred (training available for candidates with strong work ethic)
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
Ability to lift, push, and carry equipment and supplies up to 75 lbs
Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movement
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their appropriate applications
Must wear appropriate PPE and comply with OSHA and company safety standards

Job Responsibility

Strip, clean, wax, buff, and burnish VCT, LVT, laminate, tile, wood, and other hard floor surfaces
Shampoo and extract carpets and clean upholstery using professional-grade equipment
Clean and disinfect tile and grout surfaces
Identify different floor types and apply proper cleaning techniques accordingly
Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment to clean outdoor surfaces such as concrete walkways and building exteriors
Follow safety and environmental procedures to ensure responsible and efficient water usage
