Job Description:

A varied role, spending part of the year as a Class 1 Multi-Drop Driver within the Logistics team and the other part as a Farm-Saved Seed (FSS) Operator, servicing customers across the farm-saved seed area. Both roles require a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Travel to farms and operate seed cleaning and treatment machinery as an FSS Operator
Work closely with customers to meet their requirements
Deliver agricultural products across the region as a Multi-Drop Driver
Ensure safe and timely transport
Load and unload goods with care
Maintain accuracy in deliveries
Complete vehicle checks
Comply with transport legislation and safety requirements

Requirements:

Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence or willingness to train towards it
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Strong customer service skills and professional approach
Practical experience in agriculture or farming is highly desirable
Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical skills

Nice to have:

ADR licence
Forklift licence
