The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean 'heart of house' and kitchen environment. Our stewards also ensure a safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department—including the kitchen and banquet teams—as well as other heart-of-house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Executive Steward and is overseen by the Hotel’s Executive Chef.
Job Responsibility:
Supply Management: Monitoring supplies to ensure that the department is fully stocked
Dishware: Ensuring that each outlet has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware
Sanitation: Maintaining clean and organized spaces for the hotel
Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods of time and maintain physical mobility
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond expectations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
